Moong Dal

Ingredients
2 measure of Moong Dal
Cilantro chopped 2 tea spoons
salt
Ghee ( Clarified Butter)
Cumin ( jeera)
Lime or Lemon Juice
A pinch of turmeric

Pressure cook 2 cups of dal with 3 cups of water
After its cooked , pour some water to the cooked dal to get it to soup consistency.
Take clarified butter and put Cumin and turmeric . Once roasted put it in the soup.
at this point add the chopped cilantro and lemon juice.

Slight variation to this you can roast onions and add to it.
