Egg Curry

Egg curry , there are a lot of variations and my husband loved it when i made last night.
Ingredients
6 Eggs
1 onions
2 cups crushed Tomatoes
2 tea spoons garam masala
1green chillies
1 cup cashew nuts
1/4 cup oil
salt to taste
turmeric pinch

Procedure
Boil Eggs and keep separate .
Take 3 tbsp oil fry chopped onions
after they fry to golden brown add crushed tomatoes.
once you notice tomatoes simmering add green chillies , cashewnuts powder, garam masala , salt and chilli powder and turmeric. Add cooked and shelled eggs to the above.
Let it simmer , add half cup water to it to make it gravy.
garnish it with chopped coriander.
