Black eye pea vadas

Blackeye peas vadas

Ingredients
2 Cups blackeye peas
4 green chillies
1/2 inch ginger
salt to taste
Oil for deep frying.
Procedure1.
Soak the Blackeye peas for 5 hrs.
2 Grind all the ingredients except oil into a thick paste , with minimal water.
3. Make them into a vada shape and deep fry them
4. Enjoy them with pea nut chutney
